OneStop Service - Application of Street Alignment Map

Application procedure : Please proceed the application at “One stop” Service Desk at Cartography and Cadastre Bureau (Address: Estrada D. Maria II, n. os 32-36, Edifício CEM , 5 th floor)

For authenticating signature at the “One stop” Service Desk, the presentation of ID documents is needed.

For submission of photocopy of property registration, of sales contract, of business registration or of the Court verdict, the presentation of its original is needed.

Payment description:

When the application is approved, the payment should be made by cash, check or cashier’s check;

For cadastre plan application of land boundaries set out (field survey), an advanced payment of MOP 500.00 must be made.

Important notes: The validity of cadastre plan and street alignment map must be within 12 months from the date of signature.
