OneStop Service - Application of Street Alignment Map

Application procedure :

Please proceed the application at “One stop” Service Desk at Cartography and Cadastre Bureau (Address: Estrada D. Maria II, n. os 32-36, Edifício CEM , 5 th floor)

Required documents ：

• Application form (DSCC_DSSOPT_WAF001)；
  • Natural person signature can be authenticated at the “One stop” Service Desk.
  • Artificial person signature must be authenticated by notary public, in which indicate “its quality and right to proceed the act”.
• If the application is proceeded by attorney, the submission of its authorization is needed;
  • Authorization’s signature must be authenticated by notary public, in which indicate its quality to proceed the act.
• Photocopy (both sides in one paper) of valid ID documents of applicant/represent of company;
• For cadastre plan application of land boundaries set out according «RGCU», name modification, data modification, lot amalgamation/lot division, please submit:
  • Site plan which indicate survey lot/property (printing available at http://www.gis.gov.mo)
  • Valid documents of property registration or equivalent certification documents of property ownership issued by Conservatória do Registo Predial (CRP).
  • If cannot submit certification documents issued by Conservatória do Registo Predial (CRP), please submit photocopies of sales contract and property registration documents of latest property’s owner.
• For application of copy of cadastre plan «RGCU», please submit valid photocopy of cadastre plan.
• If the company modifies its commercial name, which is not yet registered in Conservatória do Registo Predial (CRP) , please submit the photocopy of business registration issued by Conservatória dos Registos Comercial e de Bens Móveis.
• The submission of the photocopy of Court verdict is needed, if necessary.

Required documents:

For authenticating signature at the “One stop” Service Desk, the presentation of ID documents is needed. For submission of photocopy of property registration, of sales contract, of business registration or of the Court verdict, the presentation of its original is needed.

Important notes:

The validity of cadastre plan and street alignment map must be within 12 months from the date of signature.
